Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our
returns policy.
We accept the return of all
items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you
return goods, as detailed, within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for
the price you paid for the item.
Delivery charges
You will be responsible for the delivery charges and the costs of any other
services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
To return an item
To return an item, please ensure that it is returned in its original
delivery packaging, firmly secured and addressed to:

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery
service.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note: We will send you an e-mail to let you know when we have
processed your return.
Cancelling an item
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right
to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working
days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that
we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD,
audio and software products where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel this contract,
please send a notice of cancellation in writing together with the unsealed
item using the return method as specified above.
